Year-end procedures with Sage Accpac ERP are simple and straightforward. We’ve included an overview of the steps required, but as always, please contact our helpdesk at 800-247-4298 if you need assistance. As your software and technology partner, we’re always here to help.

Be sure to perform a backup of your data before proceeding with year-end procedures.

    1. Clear History (Optional)
    2. Delete Inactive Records (Optional)
    3. Process Adjustments
  2. In Purchase Orders – P/O Periodic Processing
    1. Perform Day-End
    2. Create a G/L Batch
    3. Clear History (Optional)
    4. Delete Inactive Records (Optional)
  3. In General Ledger – G/L Periodic Processing
    1. Create G/L Batch, print & post
    2. Create Allocation Batches, print & post
    3. Create Recurring Entries Batch, print & post
    4. Create Revaluation Batches (for multi-currency sites)
  4. In Common Services
    1. Fiscal Calendar – Create New Year
  5. In General Ledger – G/L Periodic Processing
